I already use the free planner. Is Pro worth $45 a year?
If you plan on one computer and back up now and then, the free planner may be all you need, and it stays free. Pro earns its keep when you want the week on your phone too, never want to think about backup files, or want to see the week you planned next to the week you had. It works out at less than $4 a month, or under $2.50 a month at the founding member price of $29 a year.
I've quit planners before. Why would this one stick?
Because changing the plan is how you use it, not a sign you failed. Drag a block when the meeting moves. Nothing is ever marked missed or overdue, and there are no streaks to break. Step away for a month and your weeks are where you left them; start again from last week in one click.
Do I have to log my hours?
No. The planner works the same whether you log or not, and Review stays empty until you do. You enter your day yourself; nothing is tracked automatically. When you want to see how a week went, log your days in Daymark Time Audit and Review sets them beside your plan.
Will it take an afternoon to set up?
No. It's the planner you already know. Sign in, bring your weeks with the free planner's Backup file, and you're back on the week you left. There's nothing to configure first.
What happens to my weeks if I stop paying?
If you cancel, Pro stays open until the end of the period you paid for, and your weeks stay in your account if you come back. Export the Backup file before then to keep planning them in the free planner.
Is there an app for my phone?
Pro runs in your phone's browser and opens on the Day view. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, with nothing to install from an app store.
Why not just block time in Google Calendar?
A calendar holds events; Daymark Weekly Planner is built for planning a week in blocks. Drag a block when the week changes, copy a good week forward, and with Pro, see the hours you planned next to the hours you logged. It doesn't sync live with Google Calendar: as in the free planner, you send a week to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook as a calendar file.
