DaymarkWeekly Planner

Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

The short version.

The full terms below are what count.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and Quebec Mobile, a sole proprietorship in Quebec, Canada, doing business as Daymark Weekly Planner (“we”, “us”). They cover the website at daymarkweekly.app, the free planner, Daymark Weekly Planner Pro at pro.daymarkweekly.app and Daymark Time Audit at track.daymarkweekly.app (together, “the services”).

You accept these terms when you create an account or buy Pro, and by continuing to use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. The free planner

The free planner is free to use, with no account. Its code is open source under the MIT License, which governs how you may copy, change and share the code. The MIT License doesn’t cover the Daymark Weekly Planner name and logo, or the Pro and Time Audit software.

The free planner saves your plan in your browser. We can’t see it or restore it, so use Back up to keep a copy.

3. Your account

Pro and Time Audit need an account. You must be at least 16 to create one. Give a real email address and keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

4. Pro

Buying Pro

Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you pay. Prices include taxes. To buy Pro, you must be an adult where you live, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Pro is sold through Stripe’s Managed Payments. That makes Link, a Stripe company, the seller of record: Link takes your payment, charges and remits tax, and sends your receipts, under its own terms. Your card statement shows “LINK.COM*” followed by a short form of our name, such as “LINK.COM* DAYMARK”. The exact text can vary by card issuer. We provide the Pro service itself.

Renewal and cancelling

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription in the Pro planner’s account menu, or by writing to us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription straight away.

Refunds

If you ask within 30 days of a payment, we’ll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Write to [email protected], or ask Link through your receipt. A refund ends that subscription. Apart from this, and from what the law of where you live requires, payments aren’t refundable.

Price changes

We’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. It applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then if you don’t want to pay it.

Founding members

If you became a Founding member with a founding code, you keep the founding yearly price for as long as we offer Pro, including if you cancel and come back on yearly billing.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, Link will try again, and you keep Pro for 7 days while you update your card. After that, Pro stops until the payment goes through. Your plans stay in your account.

When Pro ends

When Pro ends, your data stays in your account and you can still export it. You can bring your weeks back to the free planner with a Backup file at any time.

5. Your content

What you put in the services, such as your plans, logged time, notes and categories, is yours. You give us a limited permission to store, copy and process it only to run the services for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. That permission ends when you delete the content, apart from copies kept for a short time in backups.

Keep your own copies of anything important. Export is always available.

6. AI features

Some Pro features use AI to turn what you type into logged time and to suggest tips and insights. AI can be wrong or incomplete, so check what it gives you and don’t rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. What AI writes for you is yours to use. You can turn AI off at any time.

7. Fair use

Please don’t:

8. Our software and name

Apart from the free planner’s code under the MIT License, the services, their design and the Daymark Weekly Planner name and logo belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the services, not to copy them.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, with no duty to you.

9. Changes to the services

We keep improving Daymark Weekly Planner, so features may change. If we remove a main feature of Pro that you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you first, and you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of a prepaid period.

If we stop offering Pro altogether, we’ll tell you at least 30 days ahead, refund any unused part of a prepaid period, and keep export available until the end.

10. Suspending or closing accounts

You can close your account at any time with Delete my account in the Pro planner’s account menu, or Delete everything in Time Audit’s settings.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your data. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we’ll refund any unused part of a prepaid period.

11. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the services running and your data safe, but we can’t promise they’ll always be available or free of errors. Apart from what these terms promise, and to the extent the law allows, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

If you’re a consumer, you keep every guarantee that the law of where you live gives you and that can’t be excluded by contract. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

12. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows:

These limits don’t apply to liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and they don’t reduce your rights as a consumer under the laws of where you live.

13. If you use Daymark Weekly Planner for a business

If you use the services for a business rather than as a consumer, you’re responsible for claims by others that arise from your breaking these terms or the law, to the extent the law allows.

14. Events outside our control

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can’t reasonably control, such as outages at our providers, internet failures, natural disasters or government action. We’ll do what we reasonably can to limit the effect on you.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the services change or the law requires. For a change that matters, we’ll tell account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you don’t accept it, you can cancel Pro before then, and we’ll refund any unused part of a prepaid period. A change never applies to a dispute that started before it.

16. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at [email protected] so we can try to put it right.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

17. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the services. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer these terms to a successor who takes over the services and keeps them; we’ll tell you if that happens. You may not transfer your account without our agreement.
