A to-do list says what.
A time block says when.
Lists keep growing, and the hard tasks wait at the bottom. When every task gets its own slot in the week, you decide once. When the day changes, drag the block instead of starting over, and next week starts from this one.
Your to-do list Monday morning
- Write the project proposal
- Prepare the presentation
- Call the client back
- Go for a run
- Reply to emails
- Finish the online course
The same list, blocked Monday
I first learned about time blocking during a time management training. Every week, I would sit down with a pen and paper and plan out my time. It was a simple habit, but it worked. I felt more focused, more organized, and more in control of my days.
Then life got busy, and somewhere along the way, I stopped doing it.
The funny thing is, I knew it worked. I just wasn't making the time to do it anymore.
So I built this tool to make it easier to pick up the habit again, without the friction of starting from scratch every week.
Sometimes, the challenge isn't knowing what works. It's making it easy enough to keep doing it.
Honest answers
Is it really free? What's the catch?
No catch. It's a personal project shared for free: no ads, no paid version, no account. Your plan never leaves your device, and nothing tracks you.
Where is my plan saved? Can I lose my plan?
In the browser on your device. Clearing your browser's data would erase it, so use Back up in the planner now and then to save a copy as a file. Want the planner itself too? Download it: it's one file that opens in your browser, even if this site ever goes away.
Does it sync between my phone and computer?
No. Each device keeps its own plan. To move a plan, use Back up on one device and Restore on the other.
Does it connect to Google Calendar or Outlook?
No. Add the few fixed meetings you plan around, then block your own work in the gaps. Your calendar keeps the bookings; Daymark keeps the plan.
Start with tomorrow.
Open the planner and give one hour tomorrow to the task you keep putting off. The rest of the week can follow.
Free. No account. Opens in your browser.
Prefer to keep it on your computer? Download the planner: one file that works offline.
